Shipping Policy

We deliver within Germany and, upon request, also to other countries within the European Union.

Customized orders are processed and produced within 3 to 7 business days.
This is followed by the shipping time:

Within Germany: 2–4 business days
International shipping (EU): 4–10 business days
Please note that delays may occur during peak times or due to external factors (e.g. shipping providers).

Exact shipping costs will be shown during checkout.

We work with reliable providers such as Deutsche Post, DHL, or Hermes. A tracking number will be provided when available.

Local pickup is currently not available.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (preferably with photos). We will work quickly to find a solution.
