At Cup Liebe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our refund policy depending on the type of product.

1. Non-personalized Products

Currently, our products are not personalized or made to order. Therefore, we accept returns and refunds within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

 

2. Personalized Products

If in the future we offer personalized or made-to-order products, these will not be eligible for return or refund, except in cases of defects or errors on our part. This condition will be clearly communicated with each personalized product.

 

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide instructions on how to return the product.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or there is an error on our part.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products
